RV camping above Oak Creek Canyon north of West Fork Oak Creek. I'm camped at around 7,300 feet here which is nice and cool during the summer - I had highs in the 70s, even 60s on a few days, and this was late July. The monsoon season storms really helped to cool things off. This campsite is off of national forest road 535 - which has several good sites, though it's best to scout out the area first - before you head down a road with no place to turn around - and watch out for those tree branches!
